1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

References to "includes" or "including" are not to be construed as limiting. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

2.1 Age Requirement

This age threshold is mandated by applicable Philippine gaming law. vw777 employs age verification procedures including KYC document review to enforce this requirement. Any Player who provides false information regarding their age will have their Account permanently suspended, and all funds — including any winnings — may be forfeited.

2.2 Personal Use

vw777 services are for the personal, non-commercial use of individual Players only. You must be acting on your own behalf when placing wagers. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party — including through power of attorney, family account sharing, or agency arrangements — is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Residency

The Platform is intended for players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering or placing a wager. vw777 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of its services in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.4 Restricted Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold a vw777 Account or place any wager on the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from vw777 or from any gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of vw777 or its affiliated game providers, technology vendors, or payment processors.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the vw777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or "multi-account" registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vw777 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all open bets, and forfeit all bonus funds and winnings credited to those accounts.

3.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during and after the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact details, and valid identification. You must promptly notify vw777 of any changes to your registered information by updating your account settings or contacting the support team. vw777 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. All activity occurring through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify vw777 support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, vw777 will require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, SSS ID, or UMID). Additional documentation including proof of address or payment method ownership may be requested. Verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of document submission. Accounts may not process withdrawals until KYC is fully approved.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your vw777 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal amount and KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank clearing times, which may take between one (1) and three (3) business days depending on the originating institution. Over-the-counter deposits are processed within three (3) to six (6) hours of confirmation from the service outlet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for slot games and ₱200 for casino table games.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests via GCash and PayMaya are ordinarily processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on Philippine banking business days; requests submitted after this cut-off are processed on the next available banking business day. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, vw777 requires that all withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for deposit, to the extent technically feasible. vw777 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation to verify the source of funds in player accounts exhibiting unusual deposit patterns or transaction volumes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the vw777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made from foreign currency accounts will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of transaction. vw777 does not charge currency conversion fees but is not responsible for any conversion costs imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

vw777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are governed by these general terms and any specific terms published in the Current Offers section of the Platform. Where conflict arises between general and specific bonus terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Unless specified otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement applicable to vw777 bonuses is 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. 5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Slot games: 100% contribution to wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo): 10% contribution.
• Table games (non-live): 10% contribution.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire thirty (30) days from the date the bonus is credited to your Account, unless a shorter or longer period is specified in the applicable promotion terms. Upon expiry, any unconverted Bonus Funds and wagering progress will be automatically removed from your Account.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

vw777 monitors all Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal actual risk; collusion between multiple accounts to exploit bonus structures; systematic exploitation of promotional errors; or repeated registrations to claim new player bonuses. Where such conduct is detected, vw777 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the Account.

5.6 Promotional Changes

vw777 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace any promotion at any time. Changes will be reflected on the Current Offers page. Continued participation in an ongoing promotion following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the vw777 Platform — whether generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games or determined by physical outcomes in live dealer environments — are final. vw777 does not influence game outcomes, and the Platform's games are independently tested and certified by the game providers for fairness and compliance.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on the Platform operates within published minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed on the game interface prior to wagering. vw777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Any wager placed outside permitted limits may be voided.

6.3 Voided Bets and Technical Errors

vw777 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or clearly erroneous odds or payout display ("manifest error"). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account. vw777 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's reliance on manifestly erroneous information displayed on the Platform.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game session, the game will resolve using the state of play at the time the connection was lost, or according to the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. vw777 does not accept liability for loss of winnings or game position resulting from Player-side connectivity issues, including mobile data disruptions, router failures, or ISP outages.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the vw777 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account credentials, or coordinating betting strategies in a manner designed to exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or platform vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to vw777 support.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Creating or using multiple Accounts to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
• Making false representations regarding your identity, age, or place of residence.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening vw777 employees, support agents, live dealers, or other players.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Upon detection of prohibited conduct, vw777 may, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close your Account; void all open bets and pending promotions; withhold or forfeit some or all of the balance in your Account pending investigation; and/or report the conduct to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. vw777 is under no obligation to disclose its investigative methods or the evidence on which a suspension decision is based.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment

8.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

8.3 Age Verification

If at any time vw777 reasonably suspects that an Account holder may be under the required age, the Account will be suspended pending verification and all activity during the suspected underage period may be voided.

9 Limitation of Liability and Warranties

9.1 No Warranties

The vw777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. vw777 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from viruses, defects, or harmful components, or that such defects will be corrected.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vw777's aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim. vw777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, howsoever caused.

9.3 Force Majeure

vw777 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond vw777's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, government actions, or civil unrest.

9.4 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the Platform are supplied by independent third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others. vw777 does not control game logic, outcomes, or payout calculations for third-party supplied games and is not liable for any errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising solely from game provider systems, except to the extent that vw777 has agreed to indemnify players as part of its own regulatory obligations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vw777 Platform — including but not limited to the vw777 brand name and logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, databases, website design, text, graphics, and sound — is the exclusive property of vw777 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, modify, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vw777. Unauthorized use of vw777 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under Philippine intellectual property law.

11 Dispute Resolution and Complaints

11.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your experience on the vw777 Platform, you should first contact the Customer Support team via live chat, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction reference numbers. vw777 will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavour to resolve it within seven (7) business days.

11.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may request escalation to the vw777 Compliance team by contacting [email protected] (email address displayed as plain text — not a link). Escalated complaints will receive a formal written response within fourteen (14) business days.

11.3 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12 Amendments and Governing Law

12.1 Right to Amend

vw777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email or SMS notification to the registered contact details on file. The revised Agreement will take effect seven (7) days after the notice is posted, unless a shorter period is required by law or regulatory requirement.

12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the vw777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting customer support.

12.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the vw777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and vw777 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties, whether oral or written.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
